Kickoff to Birthday Weekend

Almost November, but I am determined to get some more blog posts in from the summer. I believe I left off with K hurting her elbow before we went out for their birthday dinner (Moes). Here for the weekend were my parents, grandparents and sister.

After a yummy dinner at Moes, Grandma Nancy brought out some chocolate chip cookies for dessert. Delicious!

A new favorite baseball book and one that K memorized within a few weeks.

 "What I always wanted!!" VERY excited about a set of bases.

 Equally as excited for a baby doll with a nigh-night (pacifier), though somewhat subdued as her elbow was really bothering her.

We had such a fun evening with our Ohio family, visiting and working hard to get the party ready for tomorrow. So much more fun to get things ready with family and not nearly as hard of work:)
