Kailyn, at 10 months:
- drink 4 bottles of formula a day, ranging from 3-6 oz.
- eat 3 meals of baby food a day
- still do not care for much table food, but will eat carrots, Puffs and cheerios
- take 2 naps a day, usually 1.5 - 2 hours each
- sleep 11-11.5 hours at night
- sleep in all different positions, in a sleep sack with a pacifier (and 2 extras in your crib)
- still nap in the guest bedroom in a pack n play
- wear Size 3 diapers
- wear mostly 6-9 and 9 month clothes
- are now changed on the changing table all the time (floor is impossible)
- love to wrestle with Isaac
- are not listening to "no" very well, but seem to at least acknowledge it:)
- said your first and only word "Dada" and say it ALL the time!
- are a very fast crawler
- are pulling up to standing on everything
- have started pushing items across the floor on your knees
- love to look at books by yourself
- favorite place to play is on the fireplace, covered with boppies (and like to sit on the boppies)
- have a great laugh
- like to pull up and look out the window
- are very good at turning off lights
- apparently enjoy the taste of dirt and grass when you are outside
- are blowing bubbles a little less, you mainly save it for church:)
- give lots of high 5's and clap a lot
- still signing "all done", "more" and a few other things that we haven't figured out yet!
- still no teeth
- hair is getting really thick, with more wave than curl
- big Daddy's girl
- very ornery....we think you are going to be pretty darn smart and will keep us on our toes!
- can hold own bottle, but still like help
- play by yourself very well
- do lots of exploring during the day
- are a very sweet and pleasant little girl, and you bring us lots of joy
Isaac, at 10 months:

- eat 3 meals of baby food a day
- have tried: bread, bananas, pears, cheerios, broccoli (LOVE), carrots, cauliflower, pancakes and Puffs. Will pretty much eat anything
- take 2 naps a day, usually 1 - 2 hours each
- sleep about 11 hours at night
- sleep mainly on your tummy, in a sleep sack
- sit up in your crib as soon as you wake up
- wear Size 3 diapers
- wear mostly 9-12 month clothes
- hair is getting really long, almost need a hair cut!
- listen to us when we say "No"
- say "baba" " dada", "hi" "KK (aka Kailyn) and "mama". Favorite is Dada lately
- have been a little quieter lately...too much exploring to do
- pulling up to standing on everything and are cruising just a little bit
- like to climb and crawl into things
- like to play with what Kailyn is playing with and like to wrestle with Kailyn
- still big into exploring
- like toys that make noise and do stuff
- drooling all the time
- still love your bath
- 2 bottom teeth are totally in and one on the top is starting to peak through
- help Mommy open blinds, turn off lights, and close the garage door
- LOVE when we have company or go somewhere
- having a little trouble with getting up too early in the morning and for naps
- pretty sporadic with sign language right now
- like to give high 5s and "knocks"
- like to wrestle with Daddy
- stand for a long time against one thing and just smile, so proud of yourself
- like to be held a lot recently
- love to be outside
- like to play with faces and any accessories on anyone
- very curious and easy going
- are a very sweet, happy little boy and bring us so much joy!
Great post, Rach! They are going to be so pleased to read this when they can read this (but we won't think about that stage right now). We love reading your updates and miss you guys. Hopefully we'll see you in about a month for B-Days! Love ya.
