365: Week 23

Monday, June 11th:

Beginning to love the sand (and the ocean)

Tuesday, June 12th:

By Day 3 at the beach, the kids were loving the sand and actually let themselves be buried in the sand. The catch? The sand was in the form of a tractor or a racecar. They sat so still!!

 Really excited about his tractor

 Helping with the building

Done! (Hard to see but it does have some characteristics of a tractor, and they got more elaborate as the day went on.)

 A racecar

Can't you tell she loves it:)

Wednesday, June 13th:

Last day:( We sure had a lot of fun with these goobers!

Thursday, June 14th:

Trying to figure out how to wrap the cord back up....they actually ended up doing it almost right.

Friday, June 15th:

Having Papa Tom and Mama Linda spend the night brought out the sillies and the affections from K and I.

Saturday, June 16th:

Today was our niece's 6th birthday party. It was a strawberry shortcake/festival/water party and was so much fun! It was the perfect weather for an outdoor party here in Alabama.

 Birthday girl

Trying out a new summer "do"

Water balloon toss

Getting some pointers on how not to get wet

I-man plopped right down in the middle of his 3 big cousins, to enjoy his lunch. He is growing up way too fast!!

Sunday, June 17th:

Too tired for a picture today so I'll leave you with a sneak-preview of our family beach pictures:
